Terms of Service
By commissioning me, both parties are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, and hereby accept them going forward.
❁ All commission discussions will be handled through my email and/or through Twitter DMs.❁ I have the right to decline the commission if I feel it is out of my skill range or if I feel uncomfortable with it.❁ Commission works are only for PERSONAL USE. DO NOT use/resell commission works for commercial uses, NFTs, or anything cryptocurrency-related.❁ You as the commissioner have permission to repost the art to any social media sites, etc. If you do, you must always give credit.❁ For non-sketch related pieces you will be given a sketch of the piece for approval and if you’d like to make changes at that time please let me know. After that no change requests will be accepted. If you'd like an update on how the piece is progressing just ask!❁ If the commission needs to be done by a certain date, please let me know beforehand.
Payment
❁ Payments will be done through PayPal (USD). It’s up to you to convert them to another currency if you're outside the states.❁ Full price payments are due upfront and once payment is received I'll start working. However, refunds will be available from when the payment goes through to when the sketch is approved; meaning once the sketch is approved, refunds will NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE.
